Privacy Policy

littlemazeweb is operated by Seema Sankaran (littlemazeweb.com). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, write to us at career4ravi@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture URL. That is all — we never ask for your phone number, address, or date of birth.
• Purchase records. Your orders, the worksheets in them, amounts in rupees, the order and payment identifiers returned by Razorpay, and the 30-day access each purchase grants.
• Activity on the site. Which worksheets you open, practise, and download. We record downloads so we can enforce access windows and free-download limits, and so teachers can see how often their worksheets are used.
• Technical logs. Our server records request details such as IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps. We use these for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV, or bank credentials. Those are collected directly by Razorpay on their own payment page.

2. Why we use it

• To sign you in and keep you signed in.
• To deliver the worksheets you paid for and to check that your access window is still open when you download.
• To show your library, order history, and receipts.
• To show teachers how their own uploaded worksheets are performing.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and bulk scraping of paid files.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations in respect of payments received.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

3. Who we share it with

• Google. Sign-in only. Google tells us who you are; your Google password is never shared with us.
• Razorpay. Payment processing. They handle the payment itself and tell us whether it succeeded.
• Our own servers. Worksheet files, search indexes, and the database all run on infrastructure we control. No third-party analytics or advertising service receives your data.
• Legal requests. We disclose data only where we are required to by law or valid legal process.

4. Cookies

We set one cookie: the session cookie created after you sign in. It is marked HttpOnly and Secure, is not readable by scripts, and is used only to recognise you on your next request. We use no advertising, retargeting, or analytics cookies. Clearing it simply signs you out.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Purchase and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, erase it, or withdraw the consent you gave when you signed in. Email career4ravi@gmail.com from your registered address and we will respond within 30 days. Erasing your account removes your profile and activity history; purchase records we are legally required to retain are kept but are no longer linked to an active account.

7. Children

The worksheets are made for young learners, but the accounts are not. Accounts, purchases, and downloads are for adults — parents, guardians, and teachers. We do not knowingly create accounts for children, and we do not collect personal data directly from children.

8. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Worksheet files are never publicly reachable: each download request is authenticated and checked against your access window before the file is streamed to you. Access to the production database and storage is restricted to the people who operate the service.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
