Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Seema Sankaran, which operates littlemazeweb at littlemazeweb.com. By using the site or buying a worksheet you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Your account

• Signing in is done with a Google account. We do not issue passwords, so keeping your Google account secure is your responsibility.
• You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Children may use the worksheets, but the account belongs to a parent, guardian, or teacher.
• One account per person. You may not share your sign-in with others or let others download through it.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and in particular one used to redistribute paid worksheets.

2. What a purchase gives you

Buying a worksheet gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it at home with your own children or in a single classroom with your own students. Within that scope you may print as many copies as you need.

• You can download the file for 30 days from the moment your payment is confirmed, as many times as you like within that window.
• After 30 days the download link stops working. Copies you already downloaded or printed remain yours to keep and use under this licence.
• Buying the same worksheet again starts a fresh 30-day window. You cannot buy it again while your current window is still open.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute the worksheets, whether for money or free.
• Upload them to another website, file-sharing service, marketplace, school portal, or messaging group.
• Use them across an entire school, tuition chain, or franchise on a single licence. Write to us for a wider arrangement.
• Remove or alter any attribution, watermark, or copyright notice in a file.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise attempt bulk downloads, or interfere with the running of the site.

4. Free worksheets

Some worksheets are free to download, subject to a per-account download limit. The restrictions in section 3 apply to free worksheets exactly as they do to paid ones. We may change which worksheets are free, or their limits, at any time.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Your order is confirmed and access is granted only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us. If confirmation is delayed, your order shows as pending until it arrives.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.

6. Delivery

Everything sold here is a digital file. Nothing is ever posted or shipped to you, so there are no delivery charges, no courier, and no delivery address to supply.

• Delivery is immediate. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the worksheets appear in your library and can be downloaded straight away.
• If confirmation is delayed at the bank's end, delivery happens automatically the moment it arrives — usually seconds, occasionally a few minutes. You do not need to pay again or place a new order.
• Delivery is to your account, not to an email attachment. Sign in with the same Google account you paid with and the files are under your library.

7. Refunds

Worksheets are digital downloads and are generally not refundable. The limited exceptions, and how to claim one, are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Worksheets uploaded by teachers

If you upload a worksheet, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host it, display previews of it, and sell downloads of it to buyers on the terms above, for as long as it is listed.

• You confirm that you created the worksheet or hold the rights to it, and that it infringes nobody else's copyright or trademark.
• You confirm it contains nothing unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for children.
• Uploads are reviewed before listing. We may decline, unlist, or remove any worksheet, and may withhold earnings on one we believe is infringing.
• Earnings figures shown in the teacher dashboard are informational. The payout schedule and any platform commission are agreed with you separately.

9. Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may add, change, or withdraw worksheets and features. If a worksheet you bought is withdrawn, your existing access window is honoured.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site or a worksheet is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the site means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
